St Georges Square is located in the very centre of Valletta and is flanked on one side by the Grand Masters Palace and on the other by the imposing Main Guard building. In the centre of the square there is now a modern floor level fountain that “erupts” at regular intervals.
The Grandmaster’s Palace (officially referred to as The Palace) is located in Valletta. It currently houses the Office of the President of Malta and the House of Representatives, as well as being a heritage site run by Heritage Malta.
